Usain Bolt says he's back to fitness for 2011
Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt says he has recovered from his injuries and that his preparations for the world championships are on track.
The Olympic champion, who missed the end of last year's outdoor track season due to back and Achilles' tendon problems, says "my preparations have gone really well, the injury problem I had during the summer is fully healed."
Bolt, who holds the world records for the 100 and 200 meters, is expected to defend his world titles in Daegu, South Korea, in August.
He also announced he will run the 200 in June at the Bislett Games, a Diamond League meeting in Oslo.
Bolt says "I hear this track has an incredible 69 world records on it so it will be nice to run in such a famous stadium."
